新卒で大手ネット銀行に入社し、福岡のセンターでコールセンターのスーパーバイザー（SV）を経験しました。50〜60人のスタッフをマネジメントする中で、現場を回す難しさと楽しさを学びましたね 。その後、東京へ異動してWebマーケティングやアプリのUI\u002FUX改善に携わりました 。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp 当時、趣味で始めたカメラをきっかけに、プロとして活動したいという思いが強くなりました。そこで「次は副業OKな環境で、新しいことに挑戦しよう」と決めたんです 。その後、デジタルギフトの会社で自治体向けのDX支援やPDM（プロダクトマネージャー）業務に従事しました 。\u003Cbr \u002F>こうした本業をやりつつ、THA代表の西山とデザイナーのぺろと3人でアパレルブランドの立ち上げをカメラマン兼調整役として手伝っていた時期もありました。いわば、THAの「第0期」のような時間を共に過ごしてきた仲間です 。\u003Cbr \u002F>\u003Cstrong>えりんご：\u003C\u002Fstrong> 彼女とは大学時代、共通の「アイドル」を応援するオタク仲間として出会いました。当時から彼女は、やると決めたらリミッターを外してやり抜く人で。例えば、好きなアイドルのためにCDを100枚買って握手会に臨むような、突き抜けた熱量を持っていました（笑）。\u003Cbr
